Our hosts arenāt just the loudest in the room, theyāre the most experienced, too! Every Pinkerton host is a trained emcee, crowd handler, and chaos manager who knows how to run a room and make your event memorable for all the right reasons.
Founder:
Alyssa Pinkerton
What started as a wild dare over eight years ago, hosting a Dirty Trivia night I never thought Iād be good at, turned into one of the best decisions Iāve ever made.
I quickly fell in love with the chaos of writing absurd questions, sipping drinks with all of you, laughing at your dirty doodles, and crossing out hilariously wrong answers with a dramatic red line.
Since then, what began as a single night of fun has grown into a full-blown entertainment business.
From bingo to trivia and more, we now partner with multiple venues that trust us to bring energy, laughs, and a packed house to their weekly lineups.
Along the way, Iāve built amazing relationships. with both our players and the amazing team that makes all of this possible.
I love what I do. I love who I do it with. And Iām so damn grateful to still be doing it after all these years.

Karaoke Host:
David Luster
David has spent over 30 years behind the mic entertaining crowds, running karaoke, and helping keep the chaos under control.
Quick-witted, energetic, and somehow able to manage a room full of drunk singers with the patience of a saint... probably because he actually used to be a pastor šš
He also founded the karaoke side of The Pinkerton Agency and helped build it into the wild, music-filled monster it is today.
These days, instead of sermons, heās preaching fair karaoke rotation, good vibes, and āone more song before last call.ā
Whether heās helping train new hosts, consulting behind the scenes, or hyping up a packed room, David knows how to make people feel welcome while keeping the energy rolling all night long.
Karaoke Host:
Kyle Luster
Karaoke Host and Sound Tech: Kyle works professionally in sound tech, which means when he's running a show, everything sounds as good as it feels.
When it came time to step up to the mic and run karaoke, he learned from the best - his dad, David, a longtime karaoke singer and host.
With a laid-back and approachable style, Kyle makes it easy for anyone to grab the mic and shine.
Whether you're a first-timer or a karaoke regular, heāll help you sound your best and keep the vibes just right. (1 year and counting)
Event Host:
Bre Kelly
Meet Bre ā Like the Cheese, But Spicier.
With over 75 shows under her belt, Bre is a seasoned host who knows how to bring the party and keep it in check.
Whether sheās calling out trivia questions, spinning music bingo tracks, or handing out naughty prizes at Dirty Bingo, sheās got the mic and the moment handled.
Breās quick wit comes naturally thanks to years behind the bar and as a Pure Romance host, sheās no stranger to entertaining a crowd (and telling it like it is).
She loves connecting with her regulars and always makes new guests feel right at home.
If youāre looking for laughs, a little sass, and a host who genuinely loves what she does, Breās your girl.
Bingo Host:
Hannah Crawford
Hannah isnāt just your hostess; sheās the queen of all things bold, flirty, and downright hilarious.
With two years of Dirty Bingo under her belt, sheās mastered the art of turning awkward moments into side-splitting fun.
When sheās not making you blush, Hannah is behind the camera as a boudoir photographer, capturing the same confidence and spice she brings to every game night.
Trivia & Karoke:
Nick Perry
Nick may be one of our newer hosts, but heās already made his mark with his deep trivia knowledge and confident stage presence.
A history buff, karaoke junkie, and self-proclaimed professional drinker, Nick brings the energy whether he's dropping obscure facts or belting out 90s bangers.
Nick's your guy if you like your host knowledgeable and your karaoke full of passion.
Catch him at one of our events and get ready for a night of music, and maybe even a history lesson or two.
Bingo Host:
Lexi Bisecco
Hey there! Iām Lexi or some call me Sexi Lexi, your multi-talented Bingo & OR Trivia Host with a twist!
Not only do I bring the energy and excitement to every game night, but I also have a flair for bartending, modeling, and long-boarding!
Whether I'm mixing up the perfect cocktail or gliding on the board, I thrive on keeping the vibes high and the fun flowing.

Bingo Host:
Jim
Jim isnāt just a bingo host, heās a natural entertainer. With experience running his own events like music bingo, heās mastered the art of keeping a crowd engaged (and even taught Alyssa a few of her favorite tricks!).
Since joining The Pinkerton Agency Team, Jim has been rocking our bingo nights and taking them to the next level.
Oh, and did we mention heās also a comedian? That means every show with Jim comes packed with laughs, great vibes, and plenty of personality.
Super personable and quick on his feet, Jim makes every event feel like a party you donāt want to miss!
Guest Host:
Pete
Peteās no stranger to The Pinkerton Agency.
Heās been a regular at our events and now steps in as one of our go-to coverage hosts.
Smart, quick-witted, and easygoing, Pete knows how to keep the good times rolling and the crowd smiling.
You might recognize him from the poker tables at nearby venues, where his sharp mind and smooth style keep players on their toes.
Whether heās dealing cards or dealing laughs, Peteās the kind of host who makes every event feel like a winning hand!
Bingo Host:
Don
Don first entered The Pinkerton Agency world as our legendary Dirty Santa, fully committing to the themes, the chaos, and the laughs from day one.
Somewhere along the way, Dirty Santa evolved into Dirty Cupidā¦ then the Lick Me Leprechaunā¦ and now heās one of our regular Dirty B!NGO hosts, trivia hosts, and Jackpot B!NGO hosts.
Don can handle both family-friendly crowds and adults-only shenanigans, though letās be honestā¦ the dirty side is definitely his natural habitat š
Confident, welcoming, and always ready to commit to the bit,
Don knows how to make people comfortable while keeping the room laughing and engaged all night long.
Karaoke Host:
Michael
Michael is one of our karaoke hosts who brings a love for music and performing to the mic.
He even built his own karaoke car setup for shows, which fits right in with the NASCAR atmosphere at Pit Row. (See image attached) --->>>>
Heās a big country music fan and also releases some of his own original music online.
Whether heās hosting karaoke or jumping in to sing a few songs himself, Michael enjoys helping people have a good time and feel comfortable grabbing the mic.
Bingo Host:
Lucille
Lucille is a HUGE bingo aficionado who has been playing bingo for years, so stepping behind the mic as a host felt like a natural fit.
She hosts both Music B!NGO and regular B!NGO events, bringing a calm, welcoming energy that makes people feel comfortable from the moment they walk in.
Lucille also has an extensive background working with kids, which makes her especially wonderful for our family-friendly events.
Sheās patient, kind, easy to approach, and great at helping new players feel included without making them feel overwhelmed.
If you see Lucille hosting, make sure to say hiā¦ chances are she already remembers your name
Operations:
Leo
Leo is one of the behind-the-scenes forces that helps keep The Pinkerton Agency running smoothly day after day.
From helping with equipment and setup, to handling random daily tasks, to being the man behind the camera catching all the fun momentsā¦ heās always jumping in wherever heās needed.
Leo also has a background in DJing and hospitality, which gives him a solid understanding of both the technical side of events and how to help create a good experience for guests.
You may not always see him on the mic, but thereās a good chance he helped make the event happen

Donāt have equipment but think youāve got what it takes to rock the mic? Still reach out - we might be able to work something out.
Weāre also on the lookout for someone who can mouth off in a fun way on the mic for Bingo. Quick wit and good vibes are a big plus - weāre here to have a good time.
These are part-time, and generally nighttime gigs.
We're all about working with friends who can let their ego shine and still roll with a few simple rules.
